ABCC Export Award
The Australian British Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) named Soniclean as the most successful high-technology exporter at a reception held recently in Adelaide. Soniclean's entry consisted of the irrigator incorporating the Machine Reporting System (MRS) technology.
The irrigator provides hospitals with an efficient means of cleaning cannulated (hollow) instruments used during keyhole surgery. The MRS technology provides traceability, giving a record of cleaning processes performed by the machine which are accessible from anywhere in the hospital via an intranet connection. Furthermore, the records can also be used to monitor machine performance.
Managing Director Julian Smith and Business Development Director Susan Lee accepted the award on behalf of Soniclean.
